Shawn A. Warner is the founder and partner of Warner Law Office. He has spent his entire career as a trial lawyer representing individuals seriously injured or killed as a result of the unlawful acts of corporations, hospitals, doctors, motorists and others. In addition, he handles complex commercial litigation, including insurance coverage issues, contract disputes, as well as lawsuits relating to partnership and corporate law.  

Shawn has established a national reputation as one of the country's top litigators, particularly in the highly-specialized area of toxic torts and medical malpractice. Throughout his career Shawn has obtained over $60 million in verdicts and settlements for the clients he has represented.  Other attorneys from all over the country have retained Shawn to represent their clients due to his expertise and success in these areas of the law earning him the reputation as the “lawyer that the lawyer’s hire.”  Shawn has also been retained by major corporations to negotiate international licensing agreements involving hundreds of millions of dollars.

Shawn attended the Kent College of Law and was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1988. He currently is a member of the: Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Chicago Bar Association and Illinois Bar Association.

Lawrence A. Abrahams specializes in corporate law.  He has provided legal counsel to many companies including: Lawyers Title Insurance, Inc., AM International, Inc., MAN Roland, Inc., Consumer Credit Assistance, Inc., Security Currency Exchange, First National Bank of Chicago. 

Larry’s legal career included work in contract, commercial, real estate, estate planning, corporate, tax, employment, family, and entertainment law.  He has a strong corporate background and was in-house counsel for Johnson Products Co., Inc., where he counseled officers, directors, and senior level management on a wide variety of sophisticated corporate, commercial, and transactional matters. His strength is in explaining complex laws and issues to his clients, and his capacity to incorporate these laws and issues into effective policies, procedures, programs, and agreements.
Larry graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law.  He was admitted into practice in Illinois in 1983.

Catherine is a successful trial partner at Warner Law Office, who specializes in the area of personal injury litigation, health care law, employment law and corporate litigation.  She has a unique background as both a lawyer and Master’s Prepared Registered Nurse, bringing an added dimension to the firm. Catherine represents both plaintiffs and defendants and her outstanding results have been in both the state and federal courts throughout the Midwest, including the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
